“Short Stories…Songs With A Twist”
FINALLY I HAVE A DVD PLUS 6 “BONUS” SONGS.

The show was filmed by acclaimed documentary film maker, Ron Israel with audio by Jay Harrison.

The cabaret show
is just over 1 hour and has 24 great songs by a diverse group of Composers from Rodgers and Hart, Noel Coward,
Tom Waits and Janis Ian.

The bonus songs are:
My homage to Baltimore, “Baltimore You Are The Harbor.”
The beautiful ballad by Michel Legrand and Marylyn and Allen Bergman, “How Do You Keep The Music Playing”.
Appropriately followed by my song “Booze Is Just An Excuse”.
I played the next song for many years to frequent bafflement of an audience, it’s Leonard Cohen’s Hallelujah.
The finale is essentially another “Short Story”, looking back with “Those Were The Days” and looking forward with “The Best Of Times Is Now”.
 
There is also a short Q & A session
with good friend John Johnson that gives an insight to my
creative process.
